Become Part of Zucker’s Legacy of Excellence
Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell participates in the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS). Most U.S. medical schools use the AMCAS program as the primary application method for their first-year entering classes.
AMCAS verifies and distributes applications to the medical schools to which students are applying. AMCAS staff can be reached by email at amcas@aamc.org, or by calling (202) 282-0600.
One complete set of transcripts must be submitted to AMCAS. Please do not send official or unofficial transcripts directly to the Zucker School of Medicine. After applying through AMCAS, you will be notified via email of the Zucker School of Medicine’s receipt of a verified application. Please be sure your email security settings allow emails from medicine.admissions@hofstra.edu.
