Applying for Accommodations

- General Documentation Guidelines — Read and collect your supporting documentation.
- Ensure documentation is specific (e.g., clearly defined extended time with rationale).

The Office of Academic Success is available to assist students through the process. Students are encouraged to begin planning between years 1 and 2 and schedule an appointment to discuss details.
Additional Details:
- Documentation must be within three years per NBME requirements.
- Funding for re-evaluation may be available for eligible students.
- Students must:
- Be currently receiving accommodations
- Be working with OAS
- Demonstrate financial need
